SUMMARY:November 2022 Writer's Night: Open Mic Night
DESCRIPTION:Our annual Open Mic Night is Tuesday\, November 1 from 6-7:30 pm at the Art Center in Grand Junction\, instead of our usual December date. \nBring your short works and poetry and take the mic! Readings will have a time limit\, in part depending upon number of readers present. Check your time: a 30-line poem takes about 2 minutes to read\, and a 700 word story takes about 5 minutes. If we can do more than one round\, we will. \nRegistration is required for this session so we may better plan for attendance and reading times. Scroll all the way down to register.
